Blip meeeeee!

Getting up and organised wasn't any easier today and I don't think the lashing rain helped at all! Thankfully it didn't last long and we managed a wee run to ease ourselves back gently; the festivities may have taken their toll on fitness levels ever so slightly :-) We do have a plan though: there's a 10k race for Cancer Research UK in Fort William in April and we think entering that will concentrate our minds and keep us running....will keep you updated with progress or lack of it!
Caley got to play with Bob as Mr Cakes kindly took charge of them to let us run; the dog friendly track we sometimes use was more like a swimming pool so we stuck to the road. He didn't want to miss out featuring today though so posed as he anticipated some tasty treats that magically appeared in his bowl.
