Water Feature

I removed 35 tons clay and rock from our front garden to get rid of the drainage problem.
I created a slope to this corner, where I dug out a 'soak away' to dissipate all the rainwater.
My plan worked perfectly….. except that 4 Feet down, I was still digging through clay.
So, I now have a very large pond in the corner of the garden where I should have a well drained bit of ground.
So, before I can fill my garden with stones, I need to try to hook up my 'pond' with my neighbour's drainage pipes to carry the water away.
