Digging really big holes

Sunny but breezy so went for a stroll, visited the Site where they are makeing Wetlands and Ponds for the Niers rejuvination, Lots of dirt to move, and the hole fills with water, as holes tend to do! To right of the pile of sand in the centre of the pic, there is a figure, she arrived she looks about 14 years old so obviously well informed about such work and went to speak to the machine Driver, no Hard Hat, no HiVis jacket, (No sense?) Stood there and "Supervised"( lots of arm waving) the work before going back to her car and went off, Hard day watching people work!
