Stew and Dumpling

Staring at the mince meat, took me about 10 minutes to decide how to cook it lol in the end I fried my mince, mind you I did forget I was supposed to put an onion in it, Owell never mind lol it was lovely and had a nice rich gravy. Went down well all round :)
