or Mamie Nicole as she's called by my kids (and pretty much everyone else at this point - even my friends!).

Since my dad passed 10 years ago, she's been spending the year-end holidays with us. It's nice having her around; she's fun and has a little kid's curiosity and enthusiasm about things and people, which is quite infectious and leads to lots of crazy giggles. And did I mention she's a great cook too? ;)
