Is it Spring Yet?

A friend of mine who is an avid bird feeder gave this to me. With 3 cats, it doesn't seem fair to lure birds into our yard, but I do like the sentiment anyway. Today saw temperatures climb to near spring-like levels (40sF), but thanks to the frigid air moving our way from the midwest, tomorrow brings the single digits again.
