The Last Day of Christmas

In Iceland we have 13 days of Christmas and today is the last one.
We also have 13 "jólasveinar" Yule Lads.
One by one they come to our houses at night and give well behaved children presents in their shoe which they have put in their bedroom windows. One by one they go back home to the mountain where they live.
Today most people "take down" the Christmas and so did I. These 13 Yule Lads with their funny names have now been put in their boxes and stored for next Christmas.
