#TeamHonkRelay Gravesend to Southend

I have 18 days to get ready for the 24 mile bike ride from Gravesend to Southend and this is my bike, in the shed. I haven't used it since 2006 and I can't get it out of the shed as the wind has blown the door in so it won't open out now. Is this a sign?

Search for #teamhonkrelay for more information but in a nutshell it's a baton relay starting at Land's End and ending up at john O'Groats with a whole load of bloggers taking part.

I need to start training and I need to sort my route out so excuse me if I go.
