Triple F

Joe brought this home from the Scout photo party for Bella.
I told her it was a French fancy but Joe and Dad said that these ones had a special Halloween name, but nobody could remember or guess what it was.
At about quarter to twelve I suddenly thought of Fiendish fancy and was right.
