Steam Rally

I've just spent the day at the Steam Rally up at Cheltenham Racecourse and what an excellent day it was too.

Lovely weather - lots to photograph - I've made one new friend who had an old bus - bought some toys for my little wooden man and then on the way back to the bus-stop I stopped to watch an air balloon being unloaded, blown up and flown away over the hill.

Then I called by for a natter with Bob the Flower on the way home and he presented me with about 30 long stemmed red roses, some white lilies and purple stocks. All he said were no good to sell as they were a bit ratty round the edges but perfectly good for photos.

I think I had a good day :)
