Christian Nock - A Hero.

Christian Nock is within 1,000 miles of completing his 6,000 mile walk around the British coast raising money for the charity Help for Heroes.

It was great to chat to him and we made sure he went on his way smiling having enjoyed coffee and Bradan Rost rolls and with a pocket full of shortbread.
