Overflowing river and the first sign of Spring.

I went for a stroll to see how much water was overflowing from the River Wey. The field beside the river was pretty wet. The small top photo is the bottom of a neighbours garden, where they sit and BBQ in the summer by a much smaller River Wey.
On the way home I spotted this daffodil, who despite the awful weather decided it must be Spring! Let's hope the gales stop soon.
