This poster in my office advertises a great resource available to anyone going into residential care, or their family members.

Unfortunately to me, every time I look at this, the chap on the chair changing the lightbulb looks more and more like he's getting ready to top himself. The thought bubble of "This is all getting too much for me" doesn't help...

Anyway, please don't let that get in the way of the message!
