Parakeet.

These birds are regular visitors to our garden. They may look attractive but they can empty a bird feeder full of seed in just one visit. They are very common in the area and at dusk large flocks of them fly by. I am informed that they escaped from Chessington Zoo a few years ago and are now very common. I am not sure whether the escape story is true or just a myth?
