DDW's January Challenge Day 6: Cozy

It's been a pretty good day, even though I woke up with a very sore and stiff neck. I made it out of bed and tackled one of the old fences surrounding our field, the lovely old fence that I've blipped a couple of times had to go. It was a horrible job and despite gloves my hands are scratched to bits – the fence must have been very old, kept finding more and more layers of old barbed wire under the ground. I got about halfway through the shortest side of the field, it'll all get done this year though. I'm going to change the things that make me unhappy instead of waiting for somebody else to fix them. By the time BBQ season starts, I'll hopefully have a secure dog field, a long new flower patch and a tattie field!

This is how I relaxed afterwards, in the bath, it was very cosy indeed and I feel much warmer now too.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Sonja's South American adventure has ended and as of this morning, she's back in Germany. She'll be visiting a few of my relatives before returning to Scotland on Saturday, then one night in Glasgow and back home on Sunday, really looking forward to it!
