Oak Aged Sazerac
It's that time of year again when The London Cocktail Club launch a new menu.
This drink was the stand out of the many amazing drinks that I had today.
I'm not 100% sure on the recipe, but what we did play around with was the ageing/resting process. We used 5 different grades of charring on french oak chips that we added to 5 kilner jars full of the drink and left it for a period of time, then back blended for the best and most consistent result.
