Verenna

Visited Verenna today.

Took a very long hike up the hill to reach the Castle. Some spectacular views.
Around the castle were 'ghost' figures looking out over the lake.

Decided to take a 'short cut' back down the hill. End up in the middle of a field on the side of the mountain, wandering past large numbers of wasps and getting eaten by insects along the way. Mrs B wasn't impressed.

A pizza and a beer overlooking the lake made up for it though.
