Epiphany, Three Kings, Twelfth Night

First time we're in Belgium when it's Epiphany (we moved into our new home tomorrow a year ago) and Three Kings is celebrated in some parts here. So much that the supermarket sells the special Three Kings cake with a paper golden crown for the one who finds the bean (in this case that little porcelain sheep) in their piece of the cake. Had to try a small piece, even as it takes up rather many of my WW points for today ;-)
Is Epiphany celebrated in your country? I know my nieces in Italy have probably received candy today from the Befana, a benign witch.
