A Deerness Road

Dropped CMC off at Stromness, she had to catch he Hoy boat to visit her Mum. Her Mum is currently struggling with a bout of shingles and a chest infection, can't quite seem to shake them off. CMC will have a clean around and cook a meal.

Then went through to dancing in the Kirkwall Town Hall. Our dance teacher (from Shapinsay) is currently away in Edinburgh, so Linda came through from Stromness to do the honours.

Picked the car up, I'd previously dropped it off at the garage to have a diagnostic check after a dashboard alarm. Got my messages from the Co-op.

Went to see Carla whilst across in Deerness and she gave me some ginger and carrot soup. The wind has fairly gotten up again.

Going dancing in Kirkwall tonight at the St Magnus Centre.
