A blue day

It appears that, even in the perpetual sun with bright blue sky, its possible to have a shite day. Car was hit by an uninsured driver a couple of days ago and the delicate process of negotiation for cash for repairs has begun - and not with fantastic results.

This is my home-spun palette for a painting for my parents back in the UK. The unfinished painting is staring at me across the room. Maybe tomorrow.
