Arthur's Pass

At Arthur's pass, for once in bright weather! We hiked up to the Bealey Spur Hut to gain a nice view over the area. Afterwards we fled the scene to avoid the high winds that were predicted to come up again. It's supposed to snow down to 1900 m in this area tomorrow!

In the afternoon we could already be found sitting in the sunshine at Akaroa harbour :)
