Making a Racket

Saturday night the Ikon crew were treated to a grunting good time at the Women's Final of the Brisbane International.

As the Summer of Tennis heated up (to in excess of 40 degrees) the team were just as glad as Williams and Azarenka that the temp dropped a few degrees for the night time match.

It was a tough contest between Serena and Victoria however with Serena serving at in excess of 180km an hour and Shalyce and Fran's backhand slices at Victoria, Serena had the match and tournament sewn up.

A big thanks goes to Ch7 and Ignite for giving the team the opportunity to watch such a world class sporting event, this match and the others throughout the tournament were a real treat and it has definitely got us warmed up for the Australian Open!
