The art of enjoyment

I find it hard to relax. I'm either working or I'm worrying about working. So this holiday I've been trying to find little things I enjoy doing simply because it makes me happy, I've taken up bracelet making and painting. I've bought a thermal so I can get back into jogging when I return to Uni. I want to learn a language but I'm not sure which one yet. I'm also going to look into going away somewhere in the summer. There are so many places and things I want to do I don't know where to start. We'll see where this road takes us.
