Fish Pie Sausages

The new electric mincer and sausage stuffer got a run out this evening. I made some sausages using fish pie mix. Never made fish or seafood sausages before, it turns out to be a bit of a smelly process, and like a lot of german sausages the stuffed sausage is poached immediately after being made. I made a fish pie burger with the leftover mix which was very nice so i will be looking forward to these coming out of the freezer in the new year some time.
