Roadtrip

Today we back tracked to Twizel. Charlie had forgotten something and it needed to be done before we could move forward to the next stage in our holiday.

So with L, Sebastian and I in tow, we made the drive back. While Charlie fixed what needed to be fixed, L, Mash and I went exploring. If the weather had been better, we could have left the safety of the car more often. Mind you, it was so windy I often wondered about our safety anyway.

This image is of the Tasman Valley across lake Pukaki. On the left should be Mt Cook, but that oncoming weather was pretty horrible. We drove into the little alpine village, had hot chocolates and promptly left Hahaha.
