Red Sky, Red arm...

As the rhyme doesn't go, "...Red sky in morning, WATCH OUT FOR THE BLACK ICE!!"

I shouldn't have taken this photo. I should still have been riding on past Kingston and beyond. Instead I was returning home, feeling increasingly sorry for myself, with a rashed up elbow, bruises and a suspected strained groin (oh, not again!).

The bike seems perfectly OK though; Em said the injury filled 'selfie' i took most definitely was not! :-/

So that just leaves the red sky...
