Ropes

I had hoped the brightness of the morning would last a little longer today but it didn't.
After our regular Sunday shop rather than go through to Arbroath we decided to walk down to Westhaven beach and enjoy a walk along by the fisherman's huts.
As we were walking along the beach towards the huts we noticed a small group of people speaking to a uniformed police officer. When we drew nearer we overheard the officer saying that they would have to cordon off the beach.Beachcomber had a sneaky peep and saw some bones which looked very like the bottom half of an arm!!!
We carried on walking and stopped to talk to one of the local residents that we know when lo and behold a second police car arrived and the area where Beachcomber saw the bones was being cordoned off.It looks as though Westhaven will be in the local news as the website for the local newspaper has linked the find to a possible missing persons inquiry !!!
You don't expect to see this when you've gone for a quiet walk on the local beach.
