celebration time!

doesn't it look like it's time for the holidays? one of my most favorite things about china is that when a holiday is celebrated, people go ALL OUT!

it was national day last week (china's 60th birthday) so shanghai, along with the rest of the country, is all decked out! i am loving the stars and chinese lanterns that are hanging on the trees :)
