Younguns

Sparrows love our pyracantha bush. They congregate there, hide inside and enjoy the berries, They also watch for opportunities to visit the bird feeder.

Variations of sparrows are hard to identify. Sibley and Peterson were not much help so I concluded that these were juveniles. They should simply be called Younguns.
