For a Chat

I have found that the major advantage of walking rather than cycling is that it is much easier to stop for a chat.

In the case of Brian and Cindy here it is not unusual to stop and trade insults and generally have my leg pulled. They are dedicated dog walkers and I see them on this stretch of road very frequently.

It was they who directly led to my exploits with the geese, the grand finale of which can be seen

Mind you I am quite used to receiving insults having many times been insulted by experts...
