Seat

We woke up to a beautiful, cold and frosty morning. There was blue in the sky instead of the grey we’ve had for the last few days. We decided to go for an early walk because more rain and wind is forecast for later.

I wanted to get a picture of this seat and the view over the little lake near where we live. There were two swans on the lake obviously enjoying this spell of calm in the weather so we sat and watched them for a while (you can see them on the large version).

The buildings and the chimney through the trees in the background belong to The Open University, the renowned seat of learning for which Milton Keynes is famous (see what I did there?).
