Pink!

I discovered an empty cicada shell on our pale pink bottle brush (callistemon) this afternoon, whilst searching for a green tree snake who has taken up residence in the front garden, too close to the front door for my liking. Harmless snakes; unnerving to know it's there!

'Twas a tad cooler today than yesterday's sweltering heat.
