Chocolate-Seasame Cookies

Snowed in all weekend, so what better thing to do than bake cookies? Here are this week's scores:

Mike was not a big fan of making these cookies this week (he's not a big fan of Seasame). But an easy way around that is to use half the amount of toasted Seasame than the recipe calls for. Other than that, these cookies brought a bit of mess, but it's always fun to get your hands in there.

Our Advice: Be sure you are using normal sized eggs. If you are using jumbo eggs, the batter will be a lot more difficult to handle and the cookies will be frustrating.
