A Christmas Gift

As we were visiting friends today there wasn't an opportunity to get a 'proper' blip.

This book was one of the few things I asked Santa for. I hadn't appreciated that it's 700+ pages long. I can't really balance this on my tummy as the baby goes bananas! If I don't read this by my due date it will never be read.

The book is really a history of music rather than the pop genre specifically. It's very interesting and as much a social commentary as musical history. Last night covered the Everly brothers and Elvis. I pick it up at skiffle....
