Orange again

Was close to this impressive hindu ritual today. When the deceased father made his last visit to his home, all the doors and windows had to be opened to let his spirit visit it. To make him feel welcome I put some orange flowers on the first step of the stairs. Found out that in hindu tradition and belief the colour orange is interpreted as holy. Phew. Thank G'd for that!
