Largely unused - so far!

I bought new running shoes to help kick start the running comeback.

Since buying them:

The weather has at times been dangerous for running.

I've had the bike out so that counts as exercise.

I've had a swim so that counts too.

Then I had an overnight stay at the hotel Blackpool Victoria.

Thank you for all the good wishes yesterday.

The running shoes have been on today, along with the rest of the running kit. No I didn't run; that would not have been wise.

I went for a walk round the block. It's a start.

I don't think I'll be running 20 miles this week somehow but Rome wasn't built in a day.
