This is our first Christmas both as a married couple and in our new place, and we have pretty much no Christmas decorations. So today we went on a mission to buy a Christmas tree and decorations. Got home, stuck Christmas music on and put up the tree. Made some hot spiced apple juice to go with the ecclefechan tarts (yummy alternative to mince pies), now starting to feel a bit more festive.
