first day back was very tiring.
I don't remember much else..
bridge held 2 textbooks, more than anyone else so that was cool
drove from house to Starbucks to school with Sarah
KILLER workout
4 x 600; 2 at 45-48, 2 at 37-39, 2 at 45-48, jog 2 rest, repeat
then full recovery
then 4x200 at 38-38-36-35
then full recovery
then 4x400 at 84-86 with 100 m jog rest in between
not sure how I didn't die
stayed up all night watching lost, woke up feeling shitty and sick as hell
