Bloke in a Hunter

The Hawker Hunter open cockpit has proved to be incredibly popular at the Jet Age Museum, particularly with young children who find going up into the Vulcan cockpit a bit frightening!
While it was quiet this morning I took the opportunity pop into it myself.
Wanted to do that since 1969 when the Hunters of 8 Squadron would come down to Masirah, Oman, on detachments to use our bombing range and also to attack the rebels in the South of Oman.
