Spent two days with my daughter-in-law helping to care for three lively grandchildren, Oliver 6, Sophie 4 and Christopher 10 weeks. One of the activities that we did together was modelling with brightly coloured clay that dries into a durable product.
Sophie was very pleased with what she had made. The following morning I noticed that it had been popped into her little plastic microwave in the doll's corner...a chicken with its bright blue legs in the air ready for roasting.
