Sunset on the Mekong

We got up early and attempted to make our way to the Buddha Park that is about 40 minutes out of the city. We got the bus mentioned in the guide book but it stopped 8K away from the place. So our only option would have been to get a very over priced tuk tuk the rest of the way.

As we are running out of Laos money we decided to give up and head back. I'm sure there will be plenty of sculptures to see on the rest of our trip!

We watched the sun set on the river instead.
