Truffles

Champagne truffles made fresh ready for movie night Saturday. Double dipped in white Belgium Chocolate, smell lovely and they are good and strong too. These are something I used to make all the time when worked with Chocolate, its been a few years since I switched to candy but I might re introduce these to my ranges as I actually found I had missed making them and they are my favourite.
