A return to working today. Weather was diabolical before, during and after.

I went for my second run of the year this evening, out into the wet, windy night. I've become SO slow and VERY unfit, struggling to reach the 5k mark and unable to go past the 1k point without having to stop and use my inhaler. It'll get better quite quickly though I hope, especially if I go easy on the Christmas Cake remnants.
