......ominous......

Woke early again this morning......5.10 ...after about 4 hours sleep......got up for an hour....went back to bed and managed another two hours.

Pottered about a bit...went to see the boys...and the rain came...and then it went...then it came back...and then it went again.

A morning of showers...an afternoon of non stop wind and rain....more heavy showers tonight...this winter is getting on my pips. I know other places have had it worse than here...it's just so depressing....I can cope with cold....I can cope with snow....I love bright frosty days...but this constant tepid, wet and windy stuff is doing my head in.

I know one thing as well....as I get older...as the crap piles up....as the goalposts keep moving....it gets harder to go back to work after every holiday.

I'm off to bed...I'll catch up comments in the morning.
