Day 349 - Back Ache

My back was better yesterday but I slept badly last night because of it. Agony this morning but I had to get my car over to Falkirk for 8.30 to get the motor for the heater/blower replaced. It was blowing a hoolie as I walked into town to get the train back to Stirling. By the time I got home the pain has eased off a bit. Currently lying on a hot water bottle - an old Woolies one!
