Making pizza A La Noleen

I've been converted. My sister in law helped make the Friday pizzas before Christmas and it was her job to do the toppings. To my surprise she put on the sauce, then the cheese and then the toppings.

I have always put the cheese on last.

Cheese first is so much better and these are the first pizzas of 2014 and we've made them A La Noleen.
