The weather, although intermittently foul, is nowhere near as bad as it is in other areas.
But even in the wind and the rain and the dark, there are always some who still find time to run through the water "feature" in Piccadilly Gardens.

(The lights under each water spout change colour every few seconds; and I didn't have my tripod with me to get a "spinning wheel" shot of the Manchester Wheel as it turned. Maybe next week then.)
