Bad Bokeh?

Woke up to sunshine this morning, but have also had fierce rain several times - weird weather.

Asked my kids' opinion on which photo to blip, and they went for the most out-of-focus one I took this morning of a plant I got for my birthday - said it looked arty...is this good or bad "bokeh"??
