Sea defences under attack

Happisburgh is a Norfolk coastal village close to the cliff edge. The cliff is soft and steadily eroding. The North Sea surge and storm 6 Dec removed a few metres more together with some housing, behind where I was standing to take this photograph of some rather modest waves and the patterns they made.
