What a storm!!

This is Brighton Marina, taken today when we went to view a boat.
It was pouring with rain, blowing a gale and high tide. Not ideal conditions but we were in Brighton anyway, taking one of the children back to university.
I think the broker who met us thought we were mad for turning up.
We were almost blown along the pontoon, and when we got aboard he had trouble getting the door unlocked as the rain bucketed down and we got wetter and wetter.

The inside of the boat was lovely, but I waited in the dry whilst John looked at the fly bridge and decks.

We then had lunch in an Italian restaurant whilst watching the waves crash over the sea wall.
